David Bloem Artist Statement:  "As for my art, I feel pressed to call the logos I've come up with art, as most of the actual images and all the fonts came from just googling what I was looking for, with additional tinkering by me in Photoshop and Illustrator.

However, if you consider the logo redesign combined with the rebrand domain, a new medium for expression, then it may be art. All the images were created after I had come up with an original, available, and in my mind, appropriate domain and registered it.

I'm sure I'm not the first person to point an undesired domain at others. However it's almost like putting up a  sign  that only those that know about it can see. So I decided to create a directory of how I feel about certain institutions on the Internet. And so for about the average cost of a can of spray paint, I can use Domain forwarding and masking to make a statement, the whole Internet could see. Keyword:could."
