Tax Breaks For Pet Owners in Health Care Bill

Now, I'm a pretty liberal guy but I don't think I need a tax break so I can pay for my pet's heath care. Let's say my dog is drinking out of a toilet bowl and the lid falls on his head? Is that covered? Or I am raising a hog in 4H Club and it gets sick. Does this mean the hog can be cured before it is killed? That is backwards. That is like the things a farmer talks about when he is milking cows. Udder nonsense!
All of that is stupid as that bill introduced by Republican Congressman Thaddeus McCotter of Michigan that would allow pet owners to deduct up to $3,500 per year in pet care expenses.
